The CT Gateway LLC (“CT Gateway”) $2,000 Trade School & Certificate Program Scholarship (the “Sweepstakes”) is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of entry. Employees of CT Gateway LLC and any companies involved in the administration or promotion of the Sweepstakes, as well as their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising agencies, and promotion agencies, and the immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and household members of each such employee, are not eligible to enter. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited.
To be eligible, an individual must, at the time of entry:
a) Currently enrolled in or planning to enroll in an eligible Trade School & Certificate Program postsecondary program
b) be at least eighteen (18) years old; and
c) have an active and verified CT Gateway account and profile (each an “Entrant”).
Eligible Entrants must complete a CT Gateway profile on gateway.collegetransitions.com. By submitting information to create a CT Gateway account, Entrants agree to CT Gateway LLC’s Privacy Policy and Terms & Conditions. Entrants who do not agree to these policies may not create an account or participate in the Sweepstakes. Creating more than one CT Gateway account is strictly prohibited and will result in disqualification.
Any Entrant found to be ineligible—whether due to age, local laws, duplicate accounts, inaccurate information, or any other reason—will be disqualified from the Sweepstakes and will immediately forfeit eligibility to receive any prize or potential prize.
This Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, any person or entity other than CT Gateway LLC (“CT Gateway”). The Sponsor is located at:

Participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes the Entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these Official Rules, as well as any applicable disclaimers or policies referenced herein and accessible on gateway.collegetransitions.com. Entrants also agree to be bound by the decisions of CT Gateway LLC (“CT Gateway”), which are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes. Winning a prize is contingent upon compliance with these Official Rules and fulfilling all other requirements set forth herein.
CT Gateway reserves the right to determine an Entrant’s eligibility based on the criteria outlined in these Official Rules. CT Gateway further reserves the right to disqualify any potential winner who, in CT Gateway’s sole and absolute discretion, is determined to be ineligible or not permitted by law to receive a prize.
CT Gateway reserves the right to exclude or remove any Entrant from the Sweepstakes, as well as to withhold a potential prize, if the Entrant has violated or attempted to violate these Official Rules, CT Gateway LLC’s Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, or any other applicable policies or disclaimers available on the Site. CT Gateway also reserves the right to suspend, modify, or cancel this Sweepstakes for any reason and at any time.
In the event of any inconsistency between these Official Rules and CT Gateway LLC’s Privacy Policy, Terms and Conditions, or disclaimers, these Official Rules shall control.
The Sweepstakes Period begins at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) on January 1, 2026, and ends at 11:59 p.m. ET on December 31, 2026 (the “Sweepstakes Period”). The Sweepstakes consists of four (4) Entry Periods, as outlined in the chart below (“Entry Period”).

Entries must be received during the applicable Entry Period to be eligible for that Entry Period’s drawing. Non-winning entries will not roll over to subsequent Entry Periods.
Entries submitted before the Sweepstakes Period or after the Sweepstakes Period will be disqualified. Entries may be submitted using one of the following methods:

Limit one (1) entry per person, per email address, and per CT Gateway account for the entire Sweepstakes Period, regardless of entry method. Entries received in excess of this limit from any individual, email address, IP address, or CT Gateway account will be void.
Multiple entries from the same household are permitted only if each entry is submitted by a different eligible Entrant with a unique email address and a separate CT Gateway account.
All entries become the property of CT Gateway LLC and will not be acknowledged or returned.
Online Entry Method
Eligible Entrants may enter the Sweepstakes by visiting gateway.collegetransitions.com and following the on-screen instructions to complete and submit the required entry information. Entrants must have an active and verified CT Gateway account.
If you do not already have a CT Gateway account, visit gateway.collegetransitions.com to create one at no cost. By submitting your information and creating a CT Gateway account, you agree to CT Gateway LLC’s Privacy Policy and Terms & Conditions. Entrants who do not agree to these policies may not create an account or participate. Creating more than one CT Gateway account is strictly prohibited and will result in disqualification.
Alternative Method of Entry (“AMOE”) — Mail-In Entry
To enter the Sweepstakes without creating a CT Gateway account, an Entrant may submit a mail-in entry as follows:
Hand-print your full name, complete mailing address, city, state, ZIP code, and valid email address on a sheet of paper. Place it in a handwritten standard #10 envelope bearing your handwritten return address and sufficient postage.

Earn one (1) entry per valid Mail-In Entry. Entrants are limited to one (1) Mail-In Entry per Entry Period. Requests for confirmation will not be acknowledged. Proof of mailing is not proof of delivery. CT Gateway LLC is not responsible for late, lost, misdirected, incomplete, illegible, damaged, stolen, or postage-due entries. All other AMOE methods are void.
General Entry Rules
CT Gateway LLC reserves the right to exclude or remove any Entrant from the Sweepstakes, or to withhold a potential prize, if the Entrant violates these Official Rules, CT Gateway LLC’s Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, or any other applicable policies or disclaimers available on the Site. CT Gateway LLC further reserves the right to suspend, modify, or cancel the Sweepstakes for any reason, in its sole discretion.
All rules, guidelines, and Terms and Conditions of CT Gateway LLC apply. By entering, the Entrant confirms their full acceptance of and agreement to these Official Rules and any additional or supplementary rules, terms, or conditions provided by CT Gateway LLC.
The use of any device, software, bot, script, or automated system to participate in the Sweepstakes is strictly prohibited. Entries generated by automated means, or entries that exceed the stated limits, or that are incomplete, illegible, corrupted, damaged, forged, lost, late, misdirected, deceptive, or otherwise not in compliance with these Official Rules or any additional rules provided by CT Gateway LLC, may be disqualified at CT Gateway LLC’s sole and absolute discretion.
CT Gateway LLC is not responsible for incorrect, incomplete, illegible, corrupted, damaged, forged, or inaccurate entry information submitted by any Entrant. Any such invalid entries will be void.
CT Gateway LLC may operate multiple campaigns, contests, sweepstakes, or promotions simultaneously. Entry into this Sweepstakes does not constitute entry into any other sweepstakes, contest, or promotion administered by CT Gateway LLC.
Within fifteen (15) days of the end of each Entry Period (see dates in the chart above), CT Gateway LLC (“CT Gateway” or “Sponsor”) will select one (1) potential winner in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received for that Entry Period. One (1) winner will be selected per Entry Period during the Sweepstakes Period. Each drawing will occur on or about the corresponding date listed in the chart above. All drawings will be conducted by CT Gateway LLC, whose decisions are final and binding in all matters related to this Sweepstakes.
The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the applicable Entry Period. CT Gateway LLC will attempt to notify the potential winner via email on or about the drawing date. If the potential winner cannot be contacted, does not respond within five (5) days of the initial contact attempt, or is otherwise determined to be ineligible, the Sponsor may select an alternate potential winner at random from the remaining eligible, non-winning entries for that Entry Period.
The potential winner will be notified by email, mail, or phone. The potential winner will be required to complete, electronically sign, and submit an Affidavit of Eligibility, a Liability Waiver, an IRS Form W-9, and, where permitted, a Publicity Release (collectively, the “Releases”) within seven (7) days of notification. These Releases may require the winner to provide a Social Security Number solely for the purpose of tax reporting, as required by law.
The potential winner may also be required to complete and return a Declaration of Compliance within five (5) days of notice or attempted notice. Failure to timely submit any required documentation, inability to contact the potential winner, or return of the prize notification as undeliverable will result in forfeiture of the prize.
Potential winners must comply with all terms and conditions of these Official Rules, and winning is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements. In the event that a potential winner is disqualified for any reason, CT Gateway LLC (“CT Gateway” or “Sponsor”) will award the applicable prize to an alternate winner by random drawing from among all remaining eligible entries for that Entry Period. Only two (2) alternate drawings will be conducted; if no final eligible winner is confirmed, the prize will remain unawarded.
Prizes will be fulfilled approximately six (6) to eight (8) weeks after the conclusion of the Sweepstakes or after completion of all required winner documentation, whichever is later.
One (1) Winner will receive a $2,000 (USD) CT Gateway Trade School & Certificate Program Award. The cash prize will be paid via check or through an electronic funds transfer method selected by CT Gateway LLC (“CT Gateway”). The Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of the prize is $2,000 USD.
The odds of winning depend on the total number and timing of eligible entries received during the applicable Entry Period and cannot be determined in advance.
No substitution, transfer, or cash redemption of the prize or any portion thereof is permitted, except at the sole discretion of CT Gateway LLC. CT Gateway LLC reserves the right to substitute the prize, or any portion thereof, with a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable for any reason. Any unused or unclaimed portion of the prize will not be refunded or otherwise compensated. All prize details are at the sole discretion of CT Gateway LLC.
In the event that the operation, security, or administration of the Sweepstakes is impaired in any way for any reason, including but not limited to fraud, virus, bug, worm, unauthorized human intervention, or other technical problem, or if the Sweepstakes is unable to run as planned for any other reason, as determined by CT Gateway LLC (“Sponsor”) in its sole discretion, the Sponsor may, in its sole discretion: (a) suspend the Sweepstakes to address the impairment and then resume the Sweepstakes in a manner that best conforms to the spirit of these Official Rules; or (b) terminate the Sweepstakes and, in the event of termination, award the prize at random from among the eligible, non-suspect entries received up to the time of the impairment.
The Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes, or acting in violation of these Official Rules, or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. Any attempt by any person to damage the website or undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes may violate criminal and civil laws. Should such an attempt be made, the Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages (including attorneys’ fees) and any other remedies from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Failure by CT Gateway LLC to enforce any provision of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.
By participating in the Sweepstakes, Entrants agree to release and hold harmless CT Gateway LLC (“Sponsor”) and its parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, service providers, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, shareholders, representatives, and agents (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt, acceptance, use, or misuse of the prize (including any travel or activity related thereto). This release includes, without limitation:
a) any technical errors associated with the Sweepstakes, including lost, interrupted, or unavailable Internet Service Provider (ISP), network, server, wireless provider, or other connections; miscommunications; failed computer, satellite, telephone, cellular, tower, or cable transmissions; or computer hardware or software malfunctions, failures, or difficulties;
b) unauthorized human intervention in the Sweepstakes;
c) mechanical, network, electronic, computer, human, printing, or typographical errors;
d) issues relating to the downloading, uploading, or processing of entry materials;
e) any other technical or administrative errors or problems in connection with the Sweepstakes, including errors in the administration of the Sweepstakes, the processing of entries, or the announcement of the winner; or
f) injury, death, losses, or damages of any kind, to persons or property, arising directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance, receipt, use, or misuse of the prize.
Entrant further agrees that in any cause of action, the Released Parties’ liability will be limited to the cost of entering and participating in the Sweepstakes, and in no event shall the Entrant be entitled to recover attorneys’ fees.
The Released Parties are not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by website users, tampering, hacking, unauthorized access, or by any equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes. Entrants waive the right to claim any damages whatsoever, including but not limited to punitive, consequential, direct, or indirect damages.
The parties agree that all Sweepstakes operated by CT Gateway LLC and these Official Rules, as well as any additional or supplementary rules, terms, or conditions provided on the Sweepstakes Page, shall be governed by, construed, and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without giving effect to any choice-of-law or conflict-of-laws rules (whether of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania or any other jurisdiction) that would result in the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
Except where prohibited, each Entrant agrees that any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with the Sweepstakes or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the appropriate state or federal court located in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules, the rights and obligations of Entrants, or the rights and obligations of the Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without giving effect to any choice-of-law or conflict-of-laws rules that would result in the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than Pennsylvania.
Should a dispute arise regarding the identity of an Entrant, the entry will be deemed submitted by the authorized account holder of the email address used to enter. The authorized account holder is the natural person to whom the email address is assigned by an Internet access provider, service provider, or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted email address.
A potential winner may be required to provide CT Gateway LLC with proof that he or she is the authorized account holder of the email address associated with the winning entry and that all eligibility requirements have been satisfied. Failure to provide such proof may result in disqualification at the sole discretion of CT Gateway LLC.
By entering the Sweepstakes and providing the required entry information, Entrants acknowledge that CT Gateway LLC (“Sponsor”) may send newsletters, information, or special offers that CT Gateway LLC believes may be of interest to them, in accordance with CT Gateway LLC’s Privacy Policy. Personal information collected from Entrants is subject to CT Gateway LLC’s Privacy Policy, which is available on gateway.collegetransitions.com.

Winner List requests will be accepted only after the conclusion of the Sweepstakes Period and must be received within thirty (30) days of the end date listed in these Official Rules.

The final value of any prize awarded to a winner will be reported for tax purposes as required by law. Each winner is solely responsible for reporting and paying any and all applicable federal, state, and local taxes related to the prize, as well as any other expenses associated with the prize that are not expressly provided for in these Official Rules or any supplementary rules or conditions.
The potential winner may be required to provide the Sponsor with a completed IRS Form W-9, valid government identification, and a valid taxpayer identification number or Social Security number before any prize will be awarded. Any individual who receives six hundred dollars ($600.00) or more in prizes from CT Gateway LLC during a calendar year will receive an IRS Form 1099-MISC (or successor form) at the end of that calendar year, and a copy of such form will be filed with the Internal Revenue Service.
CT Gateway LLC is not responsible for any personal, income, federal, state, local, judicial, or other taxes imposed on the winner’s prize winnings.
