Agreement Between You and College Transitions LLC

The Site provides scholarship resources, data tools, calculators, blogs, educational content, and related services intended to help users make informed higher-education decisions.

All arbitration shall occur on an individual basis. You agree not to participate in any class, collective, or representative action against College Transitions LLC.
THE SITE AND ALL SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
College Transitions LLC makes no representations regarding accuracy, reliability, or availability of the Site.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, COLLEGE TRANSITIONS LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE.
Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction is to discontinue use of the Site.
College Transitions LLC reserves the right to terminate or restrict your access to the Site at any time, without notice.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in Pennsylvania for any proceedings not subject to arbitration.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and College Transitions LLC regarding the Site and supersede all prior agreements.
If any provision is deemed unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force.
College Transitions LLC reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to change the Terms under which gateway.collegetransitions.com is offered. The most current version of the Terms will supersede all previous versions. College Transitions LLC encourages you to periodically review the Terms to stay informed of our updates.
